RE:RE:RE: Jeff Sessionsagreed.  my take on it from the onset is that it will result in a clean up of the illegal operators.  No prosector will go after a lawful company instead of an illegal operator.  The cost to the Judiciary branch would be onerous and would be appealed to the supreme court where the Judiciary Branch again could rule in the State supremacy in this matter.  There is NO upside in doing so.  In fact, it reminds me of a heavy handed way of what we in Canada are doing - going after the illegal producers and distributors that in time makes the industry better for all.

Long term I think today's Session news will have a positive impact bc literally all the major politicians are against him. It is showing the support marijuana has in the U.S.
