RE:Wondering why nobody is talking about 91000 shares ACB got

colour me blind but here is a question... If Newstrike deal falls through and Aurora has more than 51% of CMED shares, do we still need to wait the full 105 days or whatever it is? Tried looking at the new securities law published in 2016 but i started to fall asleep.
