The Los Ricos property is made up of 45 concessions and covers over 25,000 hectares, which is located roughly 100 km northwest of the city of Guadalajara and is easily accessible by paved road.

They have stated three times now that they are shopping for a new asset with the new cash on hand. I highly doubtful that they are shopping the company. If they insist on buying something I would prefer they buy up our cheap shares and hold them in the treasury. Then when the shares are much higher in value they can use them to buy the asset. They could buy something three times the size as now and not dilute us. I have seen other managers do this. It's smart and we should email them saying so. If a group of us join our voices we could be heard. Individually we get ignored.
