LOTO issued more cheap paper just before xmas.   6,511,229 share at $0.13.   This also included 3,255,614 warrant at $0.25 that expire in 5 years.   

All I'm saying is just be careful if you are still on the sidelines and panicking that you will miss the boat.   I'm not a basher or a pumper.  Just adding my perspective to the chit chat.
