This is good news for Newalta/Trican, etc. Service companies have slashed their rates up to 70% (from my own experience of talking with service workers) to stay alive during the downturn. What the bears don't like to admit is that these effiency gains came at a cost, which inevitably will be reversed with the price of higher oil:
