I feel so much better now having put Pumper on ignore ...LOL - he set a personal best time for hitting my ignore list ( < 24 hours).
Based on the "maturity level" of the posts ... I'd say you have him pegged spot on AB, another Mommy's basement < 25 type kid whose expereincing success in his first investing forays with relative peanuts, due to the frothy nature of the market. Getting a little "over exuberant".
FYI to Pump: ( in case u can read)
- AB and many on this board are verteran mining industry investors. We invest in real company's that have real outputs and generate real cash.
- A: Don't believe you buy price or your "larger amount" tale.
- many here bought into TV around this time last year ( or even earlier ) at prices ranging from .30-1.10. So many are sitting on a 12 month 2-5 bagger. IN other words, while perhaps we haven't done as well as you have in POT on a percentage basis, we've done well. And I'm willing to bet with a larger amount down, so greater overall cash return ( unless daddy sponsored you). All w\o nearly the same day to day volatility and risk. And the company hasn't even started reporting earnings that reflect both its reformed nature \ acquisitions, nor the rising Zn price. Nameh's estimates are likely to be very close to reality. If so there are some here who will be looking at 7-8 baggers by EOY. That's plenty of "Excitement and return" with virtually no risk given the state of Zn and this company. I'll take that type of investment over "flavor of the month" industries and stocks every day, and twice on Sunday.
- When the market and economy cools off .... lets just see where 98% of your pot stocks land ... LOL. We'll stil be invetsed in TV, earning real cash, and plugging along upwards.
- Lastly, due to our "vet" status, many here have REAL sizable chunks of change on this horse. Its easy to throw the dice with a min $5K or even $20K investment ... When\if you ever get to the point where you start laying down 6 and even 7 figures on a new stock ... trust me, you'll want to make sure there's a little meat behind it so it doesn't disappear in the middle of the night.
