RE:Sessions Statement And Impact

RE:Sessions Statement And Impact

A few areas stuck out as what was really said.
His focus is on illegal MJ being sold and transported across state lines.

He wants to empower the local Fed DA to monitor and assist the individual States regarding illegal sales.

Hes is not attacking licenced operations. Or at least that is not the focal point.

The timing of his statement is not to go unnoticed as the largest State California just went full legal January 1st

As I've said many times in the past the Feds will always want to hold the hammer and with his recent statements he has put California on notice to roll out Rec in a controlled manner.

And for those thinking of remaining in the illegal import and sale of MJ. The gloves are offf.

Overal this is great news for those with licenses as they can now push federal authorities to clean up the illegal players who are stealing market share from the likes of GLH

Remember this is chess and 35,000,000 people just entered the rec market. The largest influxes of rec customers is unprecedented worldwide . bigger than Canada and Canada isn't rec approved for 7-9 months and likely heavy taxation.

Unless Sessions wants a civil war, he would not touch any of the LP.

By local law, GLH is legal so if any FBI agent shows up in the front door, GLH can call local police for protection. So what is going to happen?

The only thing GLH must be careful is that GLH must not be caugth moving goods across the state line. If GLH is caught transporting pot from one state to another for sell, then it is a problem.
