You can't pay attention to the pre-market until about 5 mins before.

Case in point: I saw the .56 bid and ask. I put in a buy order for 25,000 shares at. .57 half an hour ago.

It has yet to show up in the L2.

Pre-market is almost always smoke and mirrors.
