Expected stagnation on low vlume
Expected stagnation on low vlumeNLC is priced fairily for present situation, so not many see urgency to sell or incentives to buy.
Tranquility is a fase impression, though. NLC is in its busiest quarter since inception. This is the last evaporation cycle and it is base for last enviromental permit leading to mining permit.
Good news is likely - it is summer there and evaporation results should be fine.
Drillings are underway and in couple month if not earlier we will be bombarded with news.
Pump tests are biggest unknown that may produce negative results - negative affect on reserves.
Drilling will only increase resources and PEA value. Question is by how much, can be from anywhere from 5% to 30%. If latter, we may see not only updated PEA, but revamp to 50K/year.
Pilot plant construction announcement always liked by investors.
Also, average grades of lake brine is interesting unknown. If 150+, it may become resource on its own. Needed new tech., but it is already in testing mode.
