They are inching toward FULL PERMITTING in USA after years of steady, methodical risk reduction (... and gobs of GLEN money...). Hehe. News today: "PolyMet Mining's NorthMet draft permit released by DNR". "The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has released its draft permit to mine; an approved permit would allow PolyMet Mining Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary Poly Met Mining Inc. to construct and operate the NorthMet copper/nickel/precious metal mine under the DNR's conditions."
