RE:question ? You will know possibly sooner. CMED is having a shareholder meeting near the end of January to continue with HIP or not. If the vote if greater than 50% to squash it, then you know ACB has at least 50%. If they squash it, the price will tumble for CMED and HIP and it will make the ACB offer more attractive, in which case they can probably convince the rest. Going in they can have 41% so their is a very good chance they picked up an extra 9% since announcement.
