Just me but i can see the writing on the wall for reserves based loans and roi expectations based on growth alone.management compensation models are changing too,as they should,but not here it seems.
curious-why would you think a ncib is appropriate for a company that owes twice it's market cap?
Anyway,filter out the noise and looks like someone building a position here.
