RE:RE:Chasing What a load of BS. There was NEVER any formal offer of 4.5 shares of ACB. The $24 cap has always been present, and to suggest otherwise is dishonest. Unlike the ACB deal, the CMED-HIP deal has been mutually negotiated and was based on a formal, binding offer which both parties agreed was in the best interests of both companies, after months of discussions. There is mutual respect between the companies, and a dialogue is always open, though it is quite clear the management of HIP is ha-pu with where the agreement is today based on public statements and releases, and I suspect they will continue to recommend to shareholders to accept the offer.
