RE:Very OddAgreed...we all know that FRSC and MRS have an existing agreement signed just a few weeks before Sept 6 announcement.

Not certain if anyone has posted this....but after some extensive due diligence, i can safely say that the "Distributor" in the $400 Million contract might be the;
FEDERAL RESOURCES SUPPLY COMPANY ["FRSC"].
The following link clearly indicates that an agreement was signed in July 2017 Prior to the Sept 2017 News Release.

Moving on to the Sept 2017 NR, we have the following excerpt below:

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the “Company” or the “Manufacturer”) (TSX VENTURE:MRS) announces that it has signed a 5-year, multi-million dollar exclusive distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) with a US-based contracting partner (the “Distributor”) to manufacture and supply Flex9Armor and No-Contact Tactical Shield Covers – among other Protect The Force (“PTF”) products – for a large foreign military.

Who is FRSC???
Well...as you can see..they are one of the top tier firms serving the DOD. This is bigger than i thought...MRS's potential far supersedes its current market cap of just $32 million.
