I think we are in agreement on many points..

COT is extremely undervalued given our progress and achievements to date. IR firms have been a waste of money over the past year or so. Someone or group is hitting the stock to ensure a dirt cheap price for another round. Sorry for the Shinseki shot... that was a low blow!
