this over “100 million in debt” that you are always referring to, where in the financial statement do you see that. Can you please cut and paste that and show me. While you are doing that please also let me know who the creditor is and how much interest they are paying on this “over 100 million debt”

Either I am stupid and don’t know how to read the financial statements, which is okay because to you we shareholders are dumb anyways, but I think you are wrong here. There is no “over hundred million debt” that Avcorp is paying interest on. 

Please enlighten me. Use small words please.
