No foundation for pricing... Hate to say it, and I'm in on this one as well, but EAT is probably going to get hit hard in the near future.
This stock literally shot straight from pennies to over the dollar mark - no foreplay, just straight up. And, since, it's been floating back down to somewhere near a more natural groewth curve. But that excitement was obviously staged, not warranted.
Also, it's exposure seems to be primarily American, (Colorado, California, Ilinois), and while the office may be in Toronto, it doesn't look like they have any Canadian focus at all.
The exchange has already warned companies in this position they may be de-listed, so really this one looks like one for them to make an example out of.
I expect them to get blown out of the water, so I'll be out first thing Monday morning.
