RE:Just a thought here!!!!!

RE:Just a thought here!!!!!There is plenty of blow-back from the folks on this already, OD....but Trump has just cancelled Obama's edict, for the Feds to not interfere with a State's legislation of MJ laws, leaving the existing Federal laws in place as prior to the edict.

This move is mainly to put California and New York in tow, while not taking the responsibility for ending the perceived ability to allow MJ to be sold legally a state.....if the Congress and the Senate want to pass a law to allow the States to determine the legalization of MJ, or not. This would be the proper way to do it and should be done in any case....this way Trump can keep another campaign promise to part of his base. Quite unreal how Trump toys with the Dems..there
are a huge number of government jobs gone and regulations chnanged/ eliminated sofar and many more in the months to come.

We should be fine in Canada, although one never knows....not often they something right that actually generates real revenue, without substantial deficit spending!!.....but it does look like we wil get there and Supreme will be putting up some pretty big revenue numbers by July...with SP much further north, right along with them, JMHO.....Opt

old_dog wrote: While Mr. Sessions and through the direction of Mr. Trump have made it clear that they want Federal laws adhered to as they override state laws......we have another piece of the pie that is becoming more grounded in the views on Cannabis.....WALL STREET.....Now correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Mr. Trump come from the Wall Street folks, so my question is if he changed all the tax laws to bennift the Wall Street boys....does it make any sense that he would harm the folks on Wall Street that are starting to see Cannabis a legal substance (same as beer, wine and hard liqueur). Not only do they see it as a legal substance but it may become a cornerstone of medical cures/aids/medications.....The door of Cannabis has barely opened and pretty soon the flood will be through the door...and WALL STREET wants to be there...and they will be there......So give Wall Street a chance to change what needs changing....it won't take long!!!!!!!

After all New York now has a Cannabis ETF.....go figure.
