I like a good streaming deal like the next guy.  Perhaps a win win for us.
However you also made a wacky point about accepting 1 share of TKO for every 35 shares of HTR.  No premium there for a volatile TKO.  A 13-1 ratio would have been more realistic.

Let's first just get past our shitty stock price and comatosed management and then we may get these scenarios past day dream state.
