If that's the case then all Canadian companies should De listed as it is federally legal. EAT along with most of the other companies on this list all abide by state law and do so legally. This market will become legalized on both state and fed levels in the end. Alot of calls for sessions to step down from both democrats and republicans. It's only a matter of time. Trump already has an approval rating less then 15% if he even wants a hope of being reelected or his party for that matter being re elected they will need to legalize weed. Number may be wrong but if I recall correctly, over 68% of Americans are in favour of legalizing weed. That's alot of votes
