Over 9 months ago TSX announced this news that they would delist companies not complying to federal law. As far as EAT continues to cooperate individually in all states they have no issue. The feds will only become involved if there was interstate activity. That would require fed intervention. Besides that it falls under state law and both Colorado and California have come out publicly saying things will not change in terms of their policy towards legalization. So you can try to scare the weak hands. Honestly better for us cause this in my opinion once the first numbers from cali come out is gonna sky rocket.
