NO DILUTION

NO DILUTIONAphria and DD will both contribute $10 million dollars each.  Balance ($60 to $80 Million) will be SECURED THROUGH TRADITIONAL DEBT FROM COMMERCIAL LENDERS.  NO DILUTION!!!  Any shortfall of funds will be advanced by aphria as a loan.  

GoBlue called it...  traditional debt from commercial lenders 6 months before it happened.
