Altius Minerals Corporation is focused on growing its royalty business through prospect generation and the creation and acquisition of royalties. It diversified mineral royalties from 11 operating mines located in Canada (nine) and Brazil (two) that produce copper, nickel, cobalt, lithium, potash and iron ore. Its segments include Mineral Royalties, Project Generation and Renewable Royalties. The Mineral Royalties consist of the acquisition and management of producing and development stage royalty and streaming interests. The Project Generation segment is engaged in acquisition and early-stage exploration of mineral resource properties with a goal of vending the properties to third parties in exchange for early-stage royalties and minority equity or project interests. The Renewable Royalties segment includes a majority interest holding in publicly traded Altius Renewable Royalties Corp., which is focused on the acquisition and management of renewable energy investments and royalties.

On Evrim: Usually i would have sold when hitting my target, which it did. But i saw that Brent Cook
choose Evrim as top pic for 2018, so i assume it might run to 40 cents on that "promotion"
So easy here: SL around 0.29 and target of 0.4 where depending on eventual news i would take either all or half off the table

On Altius: Had a typo when mentioning 150mm in pref, shs drawn the other poster is of course correct and it was 100mm "only". ALS has LOTs of room to run from here.
A) I think market is generally very wrong valuing ALS at a discount to its PM Royalty Co comparables. I believe a EBITDA/Free-Cash Flow multiple like FNV has would be approriate!
So at least 100% upside.

Next 2 earnings should be stellar. Theres just so many shares in 3rd party companys ALs owns that have doubled, that will increase visibel EPS, altough as long as not sold it not cash in the bank, still, ALS will look ultra cheap mid 2018. If all those shareholdings just stay where they are, we might see a quater of 40-50cents EPS. I also think ppl are underestimating the project generation business side. PG might be almost worthless in a deep bear market, but in can literally create Billions in a young bull market.

Other Idea in the PG space -XTM - Transition Metals Corp very cheap just closed a PP, great partnerships, deep value.

General markets:
Hard to find vlaue, many overpriced stuff. I like NINE and NDVA on the Venture as undervalued
Canabis growth storys, especially NDVA is much unknown. Have both not performed yet, peers/comparables did 3-4 fold increases past quater...

DOW/NASDAQ ect.pp. waiting for some signal to short, but not yet, maybe "never" if the signal i am watching for does not occur.
