Don't tender you CMED for anything less than $48!!!With ACB selling for $14.09 now, if we apply the original offer of 4.53 ACB shares for each CMED shares, the fair value for CMED is $63.82!!! Aurora will have to uncap the offer at the stink price of $24 since nobody with any intelligence at CMED will take that low. The vote will be NO!!! Is it true Cam said the offer would be raisd to $48? Why $48 and not $60+++ Everyone ok with $48 per share for CMED? I need to get back in touch with Cam! Buddy was promoted to CCO LOL
