RE:Federal Resources $ 400 million Deal

They did sign I'd sign a distribution agreement with FRSC and then a few months later, released the $400 million distribution agreement. However it is just conjecture that they are related.

It it is best to wait for a news release to confirm or indicate the participants of that deal. As I recall, the exchange took a whole day to review that deal and news release on the trading halt. Hence I am certain that they verified the deal as it is the biggest deal ever by a junior on the small cap exchange relative to market cap.
