Questions about DST and ECS

Hi all,

watching a lot of cobalt stuff lately, following ECS, and of course lead me to to DST.

ECS has 1500 ton mineable cobalt a year for next 12 years, they did a test with DST to remove arsenic from their ore, which was deemed successfull.. my question:

Is there a signed agreement between DST and ECS that they will process all their cobalt? Do more tests need to be completed before DST is "officially" the arsenic remover for ECS?

How many outstanding shares approx ?
How much dilution over the last while?
