RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A Simple Discounting Method to Value Neo Lithium Corp.I agree, it is all depend on price. Management preparing salars for production and each step is either boosting s/p or make project more attractive for buyers (larger and less risky). NLC is not ripen for sell. $3.5-$4 is great price for its present state, but project with mining permit, after pump tests, piot plant in operation and with updated PEA would worth a, $6-$7 (700M cap).
In short 6 month of work and 30M investment can add 200-300M of capitalization.
There are not many companies that can be chosen to reinvest money. I am watching few, Wealth Minerals, Cypress, are interesting, but each has significant problems. ML is at maximum, considering. Gold is interesting, but Li is future and by far least risky material.
Out of all Li, NLC has it all: strong fundamentals, large growth potential, and cash & expertise to bring it to preproduction stage. When it is done, NLC has "institutionla shareholders" - these are not just any Mutual Funds or speculators, they are investment bankers. NLC won't be looking for financing for long, guys with long pockets specializing in lending sitting in their very board.....
Prediction, there won't be 3.50 sell. It may be combination of "low" price and financing, but not 400M cash for company (excluding unpredictible external factors).
