RE:RE:Competing bids are a possibilitygood point. I've been through a few buyouts and the transaction goes through without commission being paid out.  If you sell early - you pay the comish... is my understanding anyway.  Its another reason to hold on for a few extra months unless you have some sure-fire deal and no extra money sitting around.
