Everything was covered in the press release that was important.

Extras
They will continue to produce concentrate at the mine and sell it (I forget the sell price he mentioned and volume)
They will continue to process concentrate and JM LiSO4 at the pilot plant.
They HOPE for $300 million in equity (1.25-1.75Mil share)
They still have three options (different structures) on the table for financing, one of them would include selling part of the mine/claims site to an interested party (so reduced debt and equity).
We are in the due dilligence stage for the other parties in the deal.

Can't think of anything else.
