Everything was covered in the press release that was important.

Extras
They will continue to produce concentrate at the mine and sell it (I forget the sell price he mentioned and volume)
They will continue to process concentrate and JM LiSO4 at the pilot plant.
They HOPE for $300 million in equity (1.25-1.75Mil share)
They still have three options (different structures) on the table for financing, one of them would include selling part of the mine/claims site to an interested party (so reduced debt and equity).
We are in the due dilligence stage for the other parties in the deal.

Can't think of anything else.

Yeah one more thing, he was asked about whether the experience of the pilot processing plant had led to any major changes to how it all worked. The short answer was no, some add-ons have been included to make the system more robust but essentially its a working process. They also talked about what had caused the delays in getting the plant fully functional in the first half of 2017. From memory it was the acid baking(?) step (someone correct that if it's wrong). A simple technical issue pushed the timetable of the whole project back, not as some would say a trashy management.

thanks a lot man
