Not true, around this time last year they were hyping Doris. It was all Doris, Doris, Doris and updated feasibility study by end of Jan. 2017. Well, it took them a year to get their feasibility study updated and now we're still left guessing as to whether the infamous "Doris" is included or not. It's just really sloppy PR on their part.
