RE:With the financing arrangements complete.....I don't put a whole lot of anything with bids and asks.  I know many do as they comment on it alot on these boards.  Tactics of those that manipulate things for a certain benefit is all I see.  The action today is very positive after the news release.  We have not heard a peep on an update of the enrollment which we had gotten accustomed to.  I am thinking we hear something this week now that pp has closed.  Everything is lining up folks.  Or I could be totally wrong and just want to pump/dump lol.  NOT!  My prediction of the sp end of 2018.  Higher than we are today!  GLTA
