So I guess they can take their time as it doesn’t sound like any yearly requirements. That is a dangerous liberty for our folks. 

I would assume they need to get all the way to Feasability though, no?  That seems like a lot more work and money?  But your point being, they have time.  Just not enough cash I suppose. 

I guess never much to do other than wait with our fingers crossed.
