RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Mathematics I thought that as well but not 100% on all the rules and regulations. Is there anyway to delay announcing the purchase or filing the claim or does it have to be same day or week? Also could the CEO or directors of either company buy the shares personally and not declare it? Transfer ownership to the company at a later date? Its all speculation anyway but would like to learn if you know. Thanks! Pre market getting up there again for sure...
