Apparently the decision has already been reached, as to whom the shares went to.....

This is the email I received from Abattis yesterday morning:

"Thank you very much for your interest in Abattis’ financing. Unfortunately, I've been informed that the private placement is over-subscribed as of this morning, and we will not be able to accept any more subscriptions in this round.

We will keep you apprised if there is another round of private placement coming."
