Sailfish Royalty Corp. is a Canada-based precious metals royalty and streaming company with assets in the Americas. Spring Valley Royalties is a pre-feasibility stage project, and it is located in Pershing Country, Nevada. The San Albino gold project is part of the San Albino-Murra concession within a contiguous land package of approximately 18,817 hectares. San Albino is located approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua.

Venture Exchange looking into it

I've contacted the exchange and requested they investigate the issue. I have provided them with what information I have so we will see what I get back, I will post anything I get back here. I'm optimistic but it is also possible that both MLN and FISH could end up getting halted until this is resolved. Not an ideal scenario for any of us. I've been involved in several offerings and splits over the years and have never had an issue like this.
