Lots of information on the Sedar filings that point to the synergy between HIP.V and CMED.TO

Fundamentally, Newstrike HIP.V gained tremendous credibility with this merger with CanniMed CMED.TO  Read the sedar filings for both companies to get an idea for yourself.

From my understanding, core shareholders who account for 58% of the Newstrike HIP shares have already said "Yes" to the Merger with Cannimed.

Keep in mind the November share prices for HIP.V was below 50 cents and credibility increased in December to over 57 to surge to these euphoric highs of $3 total.  I had a friend ask me what he should do I and told him to sell half of his HIP.V and make sure he had a stop loss for the rest because something is odd happening there with volume and apparent "painting the tape" to drive up the share price?  Hopefully some more experienced traders can comment?

But on the Newstrike HIP information circular, the following is provided as directors and majority owners supporting the deal:

"The Newstrike Shareholders listed below have entered into voting support agreements, the form of which is attached as Schedule “F” to the Arrangement Agreement in Schedule “D” to this Information Circular and pursuant to which they have agreed to vote in favour of the Newstrike"
