RE:RE:I Love the dealBecause usualy share prices that are issued are well below the SP.  Those were decent prices.. Ive seen something like this in a new release were an offering shot the price up because of the SP issuing the convertibles was respectable. Ive seen company's issue for example at .45 or .40 and within moments the stock price is corrected and brought down to that price... Looks good  here
