RE:RE:Telkwa facility under construction since 2014Oh? It took them 4 years to go from having a great facility only to realize it wasn't.  Now that is a great rationalization.  Then stated on their website that the facility would be finished in 2017. Well, that didn't happen either.  And today still trying to build a foundation. Great progress.  I'll check back in 2020 and see if they have it finished by then.
