This is not even close to patent infringement, but is a whoelly different technoogy using a different enzyme - a dehydrogenase. It is very early stage, but, formate is much more useful, valuable and stable in solution (it is also a liquid) than the carbonate/bicarbonate the CO2 solutions process makes. If it worked with the same economic efficiency as the CO2 solutions system it would be a much more useful and valuable technology. But, it is early stage at this time.
