A substantial piece of concrete news needs to be announce or published, preferably a legislative change. Until that happens there is always that dark cloud looming which prevents investors from knowing that something won't get snatched away from them on a moment's notice. Until then the roller coaster will continue.
yes but that cloud is shrinking. at ground level Moderates ,right wing democrats, even republicans, are prolly sick and tired of this ****, and many have said they personally dont like marijuana, but they have to represent their people. or its political suicide. this year will be historical on some front.
theres to much money at stake. the days of Feds snatching anything in Recreational States are over. heck California was trying to secede from US after trump got in... lol u think they gonna let feds stop weed thats projected to make billions for state... schools, Government buildings, roads etc. nope. to much money... its over man.. yea u might see some examples here and there. but Im telling you, those who invest in this sector now, will be the millionaires 5 years from now.... im not missing out on freedom
Not disputing what you're saying and yes fundamentally the company may be sound however the legality, or rather the illegality, is what's preventing global expansion, big bank involvement and cross border commerce with a huge trading partner. That is still a huge dark cloud despite the fact that business may continue, the fact that it's not officially legal puts the brakes on a whole other basket of potential revenue.
