The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

Also consider that LOI's can and usually get reworked so you may not get what was the initial offer. LOI's are just that, an offer. Please don't count your chickens before they have hatched because what if the deal doesn't go thru. Not saying it won't but nothing is a guaranteed at this point.
