Major non-NATO allyNon-NATO Military alliances with the United States. Majornon-NATO ally (MNNA) is a designation given by the United States government to close allies who have strategic working relationships with U.S. Armed Forces but are not members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
...the members on the non nato member ally list all still are cleared to do business with the US military industrial complex.

I am wondering aloud:

Lucas...could it not aslo be a non NATO member state but be a" non member NATO state ally?

It would also fall under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program since the end buyer is a foreign military. This nation would also fall under the NATO states.

Current deals and relationships are with with two major distributors. Federal Resources Supply Company and ADS inc. Both firms have been securing contracts worth hundreds of millions with the DOD.

I am certain that there is a deal on the table and it had been vetted by the exchange during that day long trading halt. Sadly, the limited details concerning the deal is also weighing down on its potential rerate and derisking event. Conversely, one could also see this as a huge opportunity to buy in for huge profits in the near term.

were at mid Jan 2018, You have to think the po delay
is stressing MRS as well unless they have something
to do with it?, If they don't as they say and are prepared
to start any day, not recieving it by now has to start taking
it toll as to if they ever will.
Now JS did say he his talking to the foreign Military constantly
directly himself so He/MRS has to have a HUGE idea as to
where this is at this stage and a specific more comprehensive
update if a longer delay is to happen is required for shareholder
trust IMO, or if they know it's coming and have a very good more
promosing date at this point you would think they would start geting
concerned as to meeting the deadlines themselves!
Also I believe if the contract was/is cancelled they should  already know
by now with the relationship JS seems to have with this foreign military
   and us Shareholders advised!
Now as I'm typing this I am also thinking to myself the high level employees
they have on board and the connections they have & have acquired you'd
have to wonder how they would feel and look and what they might be doiing next
if this did fall thru, and with the recently acquired high level employees I can't
   ever see that happening!
SO COME ON MRS    ANNOUNCE THE PO FOR CRYING OUT LOUD ALREADY!
Rob

this did actually fall thru how
