With respect to the raise.  These undertakings do not happen say on a Tuesday morning.  There are weeks of planning that goes into them and paperwork and regulatory metric that need to be satisfied.  The holidays likely caused some delay too.  Chances are this was all put together when the share price was in the low teens.  Remember it went from low teens to north of $0.30 in 3 trading sessions?  Maybe 4 at most.   A warrant with a $0.18 strike price suggests they will deem that to very attractive during the next year since they want the cash inflow.

I was bewildered in August at ISOL and N ... growing revenues and great ratio to market cap etc ... VFF was $1.94 ... QCA another ... and I was jut bewildered when other stocks starting moving upwards but not these ones .... they lagged but took off... now N at today's prices seems a tad out of whack.  BLGV does not seem too different ... no debt, albeit legacy era but a royalty stream nevertheless until 2020 and they still hold some other legacy rights and assets.

Ample cash,  no debt.  they are making solid investments internationally.  Jamiaca only has a few million population but also there is a lack of georgraphic distribution challenges to.  Now Columbia has over 48M.  Canada is 35M.  That is almost 40% more and once again due to concentration of population centres does not have the distribution nightmares of larger more vast countries with spread out populations and climate hardship.

They are bringing on board experts that they see as adding value .... some basher here earlier attacked them earlier for having appointed a Dermatologist.  Topical CBD and HEMP applications are deemed a highly viable delivery system and use.  Canopy signed such an arrangement with Delivra for example.  We know the likely Columbia Investee company is one of Khiron or PharmaCielo.  It could be a different company altogether.  Khiron recently was specifically seeking a Canadian Investor. Once they announce their investee companies.  R&D Pharma Corp .... etc ... could one be deleloping a topical application.  In any event, Canadian LPs have former police commissioners etc on their boards.  A Dr surely adds more true value.

With some more news and hopefully closer to home .... who knows.  LGC Capital lanquished for months before share price soared etc.   What we know for sure ..., this is not a shell.  It has measureable assets,  Measurable legacy revenue streams.  Reputable board.   Not many "start ups" hit the floor running like that.  The anchor is the share count and that can be addressed as this post  started wtih ....
