dalerules88.......are you for real? You say it took very little cash to execute. Lets see we gave away 60% of our company plus lost the common sense of the market. The top shareholder said it was the worse deal he had ever seen. Not to sure if you have been around for a while but we were a $10 stock not to long ago. The market now says we are worth $2 and still not certain if that is still high. The UGR deal broke our back. C'mon now....
