RE:Not a big surprise
It's no doubt a good idea for Mr. Boucher, and anyone else who will remain owners. When I bought ERG at $0.25, it wasn't with the intention of selling at $0.30. I was expecting $0.60-$0.70 or so. It's been dead money and there were no catalysts coming up (besides value) so all this does is provide us an out. But for those willing to hold long term I'm sure we'd be better off keeping our shares
