Northern Vine Labs™ product certification and quality assurances programs incorporate global best practices and procedures for application in the legal Canadian cannabis market.

EMH has a 51% share in a lab that possesses cannabis, and produces extracts, and can deliver this to other LP's, oh yes and it can do marijuana "testing" for other LP's.....

 How in in the world do you see, that in any way Abattis has "access to all of EMH product"?

Who is filling any bank card with money?

EMH has just gained access to storing, and transporting through Northern Vines, and oh yes.....full access to all the "proprietary extracting" that Abattis (we as shareholders) have paid large sums of money for.....WORSE yet they sold 51% of the shares.....

Given your answer, I am assuming that you have no idea what that means?!?

Let me spell it out to you.....EMH now has full control over ANY AND ALL decisions regarding Northern Vines.....

Let me make the question, in more simple terms......

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW ABATTIS HAS BENEFITED FROM SELLING 51% OF NORTHERN VINE.

Other than freeing up cash for future investments (of which, Abattis won't even comment where and how they plan to spend it.....oh yes that's right....except to line upper managements pockets with shares for work they have completed
