RE:RE:RE:the deal will be changed

RE:RE:RE:the deal will be changedso hey I`m new at this. I recently saw that Newstrike was granted their license. This got me thinking okay well they have 3 facilities they are going to make a huge profit. So I bought 700 shares at 3.00. Then I noticed it was going down alot. So after googling more I found this thread which I wish I had found before buying. Anyways, in the deal it says that newstrike shareholders will receive 33 cmed shares for every 1000 of newstrike... this is what I am unsure of. Does this mean.. I will receive less than one cannimed share for my 700 shares of newstrike that I bought at a high ... or does this mean for every I will get 33 shares of cmed for every 1000 total shares of newstrike which is on its way down back to a dollar it seems and what everyone is saying.  Not sure what to do... take the loss and call it a "lesson" or like you say play long... I don't know but like why would newstrike sell their shares for 89 cents if they are currently having a  $2.00 share price? Any thought?
