RE:Unsecured note concordiaI am no expert, but if debts are being paid out with shares, the higher the value the less dilution. Would there be an agreed price before terms are agreed upon? I'm expecting this stock to jump up fast, higher price means less dilution, which means higher price moving forward... comments?
