Possibly I was overly optimistic about specific Ucore plans to purchase IBC. I misinterpreted part of my conversation with Mark.
 
As we know, Ucore and IBC have been cooperating closely in the fields of metals and metal separation. Obviously there is a contingency to purchase IBC at some point. Personally I would appreciate reading another PR about this cooperation.
